The Doctor is Out

Ariskah was right about this being an addictive time waster, all day I've been thinking about what to write here. The unfortunate thing is that despite all the thinking I haven't managed to come up with anything useful to say.....

Have just been setting up the "sale room" with Major Feltch Monkey and General Greavous, now we've just got to wait for the vultures to arrive but they're not supposed to get here until 2, and since it's been a slow day anyway I thought I’d fill in some time and write a post here.

Figured out what was wrong with the links on the sidebar, Camino had cached the page and so when I went back to it to see if the links had been updated, they hadn't. All I had to do was refresh the page and hey presto, the links came right. So I didn't have to bother Road Runner after all, I'd still like to learn some HTML though, maybe when he's not busy.

Anyway, you're probably wondering what on earth the title of this post has got to do with the rest of it. Well, nothing so far!! However, all shall be revealed so if you've read this far you might as well keep reading.

Prime TV have been running the BBC's new Dr Who series on Thursday night for the past 13 weeks, however it finished last week so instead of watching Dr Who last night I had to find something else to watch. Fortunately, Delta had given me the first 2 magazines in the new StarGate DVD/magazine series for my Birthday so I ended up watching 2 or 3 SG1 episodes!! (Okay, 3 SG1 episodes) It was great!! I've never seen the very first episodes before so it's nice to learn stuff like why the StarGate is the only one that I've seen them travel too that is inside a protected facility. I'd probably work out some more stuff if I actually read the magazines but that requires too much effort, and I was feeling particularly mindless last night.

I was going to write the moderators and tell them that as far as I could tell blogger.com works perfectly well under Camino 1.0a1 and suggest that they update their supported browsers list but I've just discovered that the spell check doesn't work, so I might not. Just as well I can cut and paste the text into word, have it check the spelling and the cut and paste it back again. If only OS X supported Alt-Tab fast switching!!

(This has got to be my longest post so far!!)
